Leasing Professional – Creekwood Community

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Creekwood community in Hayward, CA. In this full‑time position you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help retain tenants through effective renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure accurate move‑in documentation.
• Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community events and vacancy listings.
• Utilize Entrata property management software to track leads, update resident records, and generate reports.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Entrata PMS (preferred).
