Leasing Professional – Community Marketing & Leasing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Avana SoCo community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, and processing applications.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook).
