Leasing Professional – Community 120 & 220 Bend

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its 120 & 220 Bend community. The role requires a proactive individual who can drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while working Saturdays as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of coordinating with maintenance and management teams.

Required skills

• Experience with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
