Leasing Professional – Cleo

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Cleo community in Dallas, Texas. Greystar manages over $350 billion of real‑estate assets across more than 260 markets worldwide. The role coordinates marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. The professional will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect contact through move‑in and lease renewal, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Dallas, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth lease signing and resident move‑in.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
- Support resident renewal efforts to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
