Leasing Professional – Clear Lake Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Clear Lake Vista community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through a full spectrum of leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Strong awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
