Leasing Professional – City Centre

About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a City Centre community by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Assemble move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Experience conducting leasing activities such as tours, applications, and lease preparation.
- Ability to perform credit and background checks and ensure compliance.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
