Leasing Professional – Casitas at Elevon

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Casitas at Elevon community will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience from inquiry through move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and guide residents through the signing process.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Ability to engage with prospective residents, assess their needs, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Attention to detail in preparing lease documents and conducting apartment inspections.
• Strong organizational skills to manage applications, screenings, and move‑in logistics.
