Leasing Professional – Capital Place

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Capital Place will lead all leasing activities for a stabilized, garden‑style community of 216 units. Reporting to community management, you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals to maximize resident retention.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
