About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized garden‑style community of 216 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
