Leasing Professional – Broadstone Arden

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Broadstone Arden community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, applications, and resident information.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing experience in a stabilized community.
• Proficiency with OneSite (or similar property management software) required.
• Weekend availability (typically 9 am–6 pm) to meet business needs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage the full leasing cycle.
