About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring a positive resident experience from move‑in through lease renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Execute leasing activities aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with the ability to work rotating weekends.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple leasing tasks.
