Leasing Professional – Bella Vista Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Bella Vista community in Renton. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and lead tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Market available units using social media and internet platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to complete legal leasing documents accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
• Ability to use social media and internet platforms for marketing.
