Leasing Professional – Ballard Yards

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Ballard Yards community in Seattle. You will be the front‑line representative for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, revenue, and retention through exceptional service and proactive marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, lead generation, and both virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Deliver a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to inform marketing and advertising strategies.
• Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture leads.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or a strong, can‑do attitude).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
