Leasing Professional – Aventure Bellevue

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Aventure Bellevue community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
