About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Avana Long Point, a stabilized garden‑style community of 360 units in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Working full‑time, the role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Work a schedule of Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend coverage.

• Full‑time availability with flexibility for rotating weekends.
