Leasing Professional – Atlantic on Romney

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Atlantic on Romney community in Charleston. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals throughout the lease‑up phase of this 304‑unit mid‑rise property.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with property management to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend availability.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to Greystar’s standards of service.
