Leasing Professional – Aria on the Row

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional for the Aria on the Row community in Worcester. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospective and existing residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in lease documentation and data entry.

Required skills

• Experience using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency with internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
