Leasing Professional – Arbor Creek Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Arbor Creek community in Beaverton. You will be the front‑line ambassador, guiding prospects through tours, virtual leasing, and the move‑in process while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building activities, including in‑person and virtual apartment tours.
• Deliver a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or a strong, positive, can‑do attitude).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
