About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized garden‑style community of 448 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
- Support resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with willingness to work rotating weekends.
- Ability to meet community revenue and occupancy targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
