Leasing Professional – Amelia Farmers Market

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Amelia Farmers Market community in Dallas. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, and managing lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and close leases.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Ability to stay informed on local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Proficiency with property management software to manage data and reporting.
