Leasing Professional – Alta Stone at the Gateway

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Alta Stone at the Gateway community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit screenings, and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they meet standards.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing tasks and meet occupancy goals.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
