Leasing Professional – Alta Nashoba Valley

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Alta Nashoba Valley community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
