Leasing Professional – Allegro

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Allegro community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, and managing lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and ensure marketing materials reflect the community’s quality.
