Leasing Professional – Allaso Vineyards & Allaso Olivine

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at Allaso Vineyards and Allaso Olivine. The role involves managing the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, and supporting resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit screening and criminal background checks, prepare lease and move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to meet company standards for presentation quality.

Required profile

• Capability to design and implement effective marketing and outreach programs.
• Strong attention to detail in lease preparation, move‑in coordination, and apartment inspections.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with prospects, residents, and internal teams.
