Leasing Professional – Albion Northwest

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our Albion Northwest community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through effective leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing activities and interacting with prospective residents.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
