Leasing Professional – 403 West Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the 403 West community in Raleigh, NC. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
