Leasing Professional – 120 & 220 Bend

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the 120 & 220 Bend community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm readiness and compliance.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and meet occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals set for the community.
