Leasing & Marketing Manager – Student Living

About the role

The Leasing & Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a student‑living community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention. This full‑time position reports to senior management and works closely with the leasing team and on‑site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing and sales performance to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain high occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing and marketing functions in residential real estate.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
