Leasing & Marketing Manager – Student Living Community

About the role

The Leasing & Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the Accolade on Samson student‑living community. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit readiness, including merchandising and mini‑model creation.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing reports to track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing community marketing and leasing operations, preferably in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to uphold property standards.

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and analytics.
