Leasing Manager – Yardly Waterset

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the Yardly Waterset community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets in a residential community.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Experience leading a leasing team and coordinating with maintenance staff.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
• Competence in preparing lease documentation and managing move‑in processes.
