Leasing Manager – Scottsdale

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for The Monde community in Scottsdale. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, ensuring team performance aligns with goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, adjusting strategies to sustain occupancy.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
