Leasing Manager – Santa Monica Collection

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its Santa Monica Collection properties (501 Broadway, 1650 Lincoln, 1430 Lincoln). The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and log leasing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leasing or property‑management experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Eligibility for a 40 % housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
