Leasing Manager – Residential Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for a stabilized community of 519 units. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals while maintaining high standards of property presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Manage on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing activities and generate performance reports using property management software.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to uphold property appearance and safety standards.
• Develop merchandising techniques such as mini‑models and unit inspections to enhance salability.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing management experience.
• Previous leasing or leasing‑manager experience preferred.
• Experience in larger assets or affordable housing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi or other CRM/property‑management systems.
