Leasing Manager – Muse at SoCo

About the role

The Leasing Manager for the Muse at SoCo community will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate a leasing team, set pricing strategies, and ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic generation.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
• Maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments and oversee unit preparation and merchandising.
• Collaborate with maintenance to uphold appearance and safety standards.
• Generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and complete move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Excellent analytical skills for pricing, concessions, and performance reporting.
• Effective communication and teamwork with maintenance and sales staff.
