About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a new 573‑unit community in Burbank, California. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic marketing, pricing, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, adjusting tactics to meet goals.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing leasing team, coordinating weekend availability as required.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
- Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and achieve occupancy targets.
- Strong background in property marketing and sales strategy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Experience using Snappt for tenant screening.
- Familiarity with Funnel leasing platform.
