Leasing Manager for Sonora Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all leasing, marketing and sales activities for the Sonora community in Austin. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, monitor on‑site traffic and ensure a ready inventory of apartments.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain property standards and enhance unit salability through inspections, staging and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Utilize the company’s property‑management software to produce sales and leasing reports and track key performance metrics.
• Review financial, traffic and closing‑ratio reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
