Leasing Manager – Central Park East

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for its Central Park East community. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and ensure exceptional resident service in a luxury high‑rise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site leasing team and daily leasing operations.
• Generate and monitor traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, shop, and closing‑ratio reports to resolve performance issues.
• Respond promptly to resident and ownership inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
