Leasing Consultant – The Orchards at Arlington Highlands

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Orchards at Arlington Highlands, ensuring high occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in processes with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Collect and record move‑in information for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
