Leasing Consultant – Residential Property Management

About the role

The Leasing Consultant drives marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets for a Greystar community in Charleston. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, the consultant guides prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Collect and record move‑in information for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
