Leasing Consultant – Overture Plano

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Greystar’s Overture community in Plano will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Process credit screenings, background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market conditions, collaborate with leadership on pricing and concessions, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing events, referral programs and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis and reporting.
• Work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
