Leasing Consultant – Lease‑Up at Album Mallard Creek

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant for the lease‑up phase of Album Mallard Creek in Charlotte, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while helping to establish the community’s presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident onboarding experience.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing to short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral programs, to drive traffic and build community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on pricing, concessions and promotional strategies.
