Leasing Consultant for Active Adult Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the team at Residences at Nomi, an active‑adult community. The consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing events and resident referral programs to drive traffic.
• Utilize the company CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
• Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
