Leasing Consultant – Destinations Pebble

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Destinations Pebble community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to maintain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools and perform data analysis to track leads and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.

• Proactive approach to lease renewals and resident retention, especially for Active Adult communities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
