Lease-Up Sales Consultant – Elate Bent Tree

About the role

The Lease‑Up Sales Consultant will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities for the Elate Bent Tree community in Dallas. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, you will guide them through the leasing process while promoting the community’s lifestyle and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the property, processing applications, and completing lease paperwork.
• Gather and record essential information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing and marketing strategies, and follow established policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives to generate traffic and leads.
• Utilize the company CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze performance data.
• Partner with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and support renewal efforts in line with Active Adult best practices.
• Maintain Greystar’s professional and ethical standards while delivering exceptional service to prospects, residents, and guests.

Required profile
