Lease Up Community Manager

About the role
The Lease Up Community Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property. This includes leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input to property budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
- Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, lease renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Analyze market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
