Lease-Up Community Manager for Luxury 55+ Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dynamic Lease-Up Community Manager to launch and lead Album Mallard Creek, a brand‑new luxury mid‑rise community for active adults (55+). You will be responsible for driving leasing velocity, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a vibrant resident experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
• Lead and develop the on‑site team, handling hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Drive lease‑up performance by meeting leasing targets and financial goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ownership, investors, and regional management, providing performance updates and market insights.
• Prepare and submit accurate accounting, financial, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Community Manager, preferably with lease‑up experience.
• Strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage resident concerns with empathy and effective problem‑solving.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA regulations.
• Experience with leasing software and property management systems (if mentioned).
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting abilities.
