Learning Management System (LMS) Technical Support Specialist

About the role

The United Nations is rolling out its new enterprise‑level Learning Management System, UN Campus. This contract position provides technical support to ensure a smooth rollout, onboarding of entities, and ongoing adoption across the Secretariat.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of learning content and user access on UN Campus.
• Guide entities through onboarding, data migration, and functional training.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support platform updates.
• Collect and analyse learner and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Explore AI‑enabled tools to enhance personalized learning paths and operational efficiency.
• Assess reporting needs and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Create and update user manuals, technical guides, SOPs, and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technical support for enterprise learning platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse UN entities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting for a six‑month contract.
