Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Alpha Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that accelerate employee growth—from new‑hire onboarding to emerging leadership pathways. You will turn learning concepts into measurable momentum, supporting a culture that treats development as a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess learning and development initiatives that enhance skills, career growth, and leadership capabilities.
• Design and deliver engaging content, including e‑learning modules, workshops, and blended learning experiences.
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions both in‑person and virtually.
• Support New Hire Orientation and partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Drive the career progression framework and coordinate mentorship programs.
• Manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring usability and strong participation.
• Track and analyze training data, feedback, and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted solutions.
• Assist with leadership development initiatives and contribute to employee engagement programs.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in‑person and virtually.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
