Learning & Development Analyst

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Learning & Development Analyst to manage the day‑to‑day administration of its learning management system, support leadership development programs, and help improve the overall learning experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and administration of leadership development and training initiatives, including scheduling, communications, tracking and logistics.
• Manage daily LMS operations: upload content, track learner progress, generate reports and resolve user issues.
• Track and analyze learning data such as completion rates, feedback scores and assessments to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on training effectiveness and participation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support learning needs and program rollouts.
• Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with brand standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Learning & Development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required).
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or a related area.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Learning Management System.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Basic understanding of adult learning theory.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• General knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary range $60,000–$81,000 per year.
