Learning Center Lead Teacher

About the role

All Saints Episcopal School – Tyler is seeking a full‑time Learning Center Lead Teacher to support students’ academic growth and learning skills on its Tyler, TX campus. The role focuses on designing individualized and small‑group instruction, monitoring progress, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized and small‑group instructional plans.
• Provide direct instruction and model study, organizational, and self‑advocacy skills.
• Coordinate lesson activities and maintain accurate student records.
• Use data and assessment tools to adjust interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, families, and school staff.
• Participate in professional learning, team meetings, and school‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, or a related field (advanced degree or specialized training preferred).
• Experience working with diverse learning profiles and grade levels.
• Proficiency in lesson planning and differentiated instruction.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and create an inclusive, respectful environment.
